We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage ar ising as a result of your
dealings with any Lender. You agree to indemnify us, our related bodies corporate,
our directors, employees, agents and contractors against any and all liability,
damage, claim, loss and expenses which we may incur as a result of your dealings

be implied into these terms and conditions is hereby excluded. Where legislation
